You’ve probably been working very hard at this

The reading. The protocols. The elimination diets, the supplements, the next practitioner, the next approach. Trying to think your way out, and then trying to stop thinking, and finding that made it louder.

None of that was foolish. It's what we're told to do.  Take personal responsibility. Find the thing that works.

But for anyone living with something chronic, that advice has a cruelty hidden inside it — because if healing is your responsibility and you're still unwell, then you must be failing at it.

You are not failing at it. It was never your job.

I’ve Been Where You Are

Anxiety. Bipolar. Psoriasis. Psoriatic arthritis. Multiple sclerosis that took my ability to walk. Thirty-eight years of it, starting as a child — I lost a third of my body weight in grade school from anxiety alone, and they told my parents it was nervous colitis and sent me home.

I've spent the last fifteen years well.

I can't tell you exactly why, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I can tell you is what changed first: I stopped taking my mind as a source of truth.

Everything else followed from there. I'm not against doctors. Mine kept me alive, and what they do matters. They just don't live in your body, and they were never going to be able to do this part for you.

What We Actually Do

No technique to master. Nothing to get right.

  • Healing circles, live most weeks.

Mind clearing — letting thoughts be, without arguing with them

Guided challenges, eleven days at a time

Everything recorded, so nothing is lost if you can't make it

Come and Sit With Us

The Inner Healer School is free. Healing circles, mind clearing, guided challenges, and a few hundred people who understand what you're carrying without you having to explain it. If you want closer support, there's more. If you don't, the free rooms are genuinely the point and always will be.
