Founder of Inner Healer School

Hi, I'm Baba SamYour mind guesses. Your Perfect Spirit knows.

I was sick for 38 years. By my early forties I was carrying five "incurable" diagnoses: bipolar disorder, migraines, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and multiple sclerosis, along with a cane, a walker and thirteen daily medications.

Then I stopped believing everything my mind told me. Fourteen months later, the diagnoses were gone. That was 15 years ago, and I still can't prove how.

Years later I shared my story with Dr. Gabor Maté. He listened quietly and summed it up in a single sentence: I had stopped taking my mind as a source of truth.

So I won't promise you an outcome. Nobody can. What I offer is a pointer back to the part of you that was never sick. Inner Healer School isn't another protocol; it runs alongside your medical care.

I first wrote about my journey in I Don't Dwell in 2014, and most recently in Healing Isn't Your Job. In 2026 I opened Inner Healer School so no one has to walk this path alone. Today I run it full-time from New York City, joined by occasional guest teachers, and on Psychic Mondays I co-host with my wife and co-author, Lori.

If you'd like something more personal, I also offer personal healing sessions, by donation.

Healing isn't your job. It belongs to the healer already inside you.

My story in numbers

  • 38 years sick
  • 5 diagnoses
  • 13 daily medications
  • 14 months to well
  • 15 years well

My story is mine, and yours may look different. Inner Healer School works alongside your medical care, never in place of it.

The teaching

Stop trying to heal yourself

Nothing in you needs fixing, and no thought needs judging. What if the struggle is what's keeping you stuck? When the mind grows quiet, the healer within leads the way it always knew.

"Energy first, matter follows."
